How do I cancel my Premium subscription renewal?
- Open the iPhone’s Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Surplus.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from Profile › My Premium › Manage subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so you’re not charged again. Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Deleting the app, or deleting your Surplus account, doesn’t cancel your subscription. Only Apple can, so cancel it there.
