How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile › Help.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm it’s you. With an email account you type your password; with Apple or Google you confirm with them.
This deletes your account and everything in it, including every meal you’ve logged, every recipe, plan and weigh-in, from your phone and from our servers. It can’t be undone.
If your trial or subscription has ended, Surplus shows the subscribe screen instead of Profile. Email support@eatsurplus.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel that through Apple first (see How do I cancel my Premium subscription renewal?).
